Today it’s time to quit those diets that doesn’t work. Instead I’ve made a quick review of two diets that actually work, and helps you lose weight in a healthy and inspiring way.
The hay diet

Right Food Combining
With the right food combining you can lose weight in a fast and yet healthy way. You don’t want to starve you self when you are trying to lose weight. That will slow down you metabolism. Your metabolism is what helps your body to transform the food you eat into energy. That energy is circulated in your body through your blood which contains the air that you breath. It should be obvious that you should not mess with your metabolism.
